Job Responsibilities:
– Responsible for leading Service Desk Voice, Service Request Management,
Remote Desktop Support and E-Mail Support Team.
– Respond emails, calls and voicemail etc
– Support for Helpdesk ticketing system eg: Service Now, Remedy etc
Job Requirements:
– ITE / Diploma of Information Technology or relevant certification
– Call center / IT Support Experience
– Able to work 24×7 shift
