Job Description:
• Knowledge of laptop, desktop hardware, PC internal
• Hands on hardware troubleshooting experience
• Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot end-user and network hardware, peripheral devices, printing/scanning devices, presentation equipment, software, and other IT products
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
