Job Description:
• Respond to general enquiries pertaining to Rewards enquiries
• Handling of promotions and events
• Redemption of Rewards exclusive items
• Account servicing for Rewards members
• Adhoc duties assigned by Supervisor

Requirements:
• 1 year of retail or concierge experience
• Good communication and inter-personal skills to interact with passengers
• Team player and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Customer Service oriented
• Singaporeans only
• Able to start immediately or within short notice Working Hours
• Between 10.00am — 10.00pm
• Work 2 days off 2 days
