Roles & Responsibilities
A leading MNC company is rapidly growing in Asia Pacific is now currently looking for an experienced Business Development Senior Executive. Our client now seeks a suitable candidate from a Property/Real Estate background preferably who has a strong track record in Business Development. This position is an overseas position to be based in China, preferred in Chengdu, but could be also open to candidates in Shanghai or Shenzhen.

Responsibilities
Conduct research for multiple initiatives to create new channel partners.
Developing and executing strategic plans to increase business growth and achieve targets in your assigned region.
Managing existing and developing new pipeline of leads for continued business growth.
Conduct sales presentations to target market through different events such as seminars, networking events, exhibitions, and any other relevant events.
Strong network in the local market to assist in building immediate and long-term pipeline.
Requirements
2 years + proven track record in a Sales or Business Development is required.
Experience in Property/Real Estate is REQUIRED, if you have experience in international real estate that would be preferred.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Flexible and able to adapt to an ever-changing business landscape.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Those with overseas experience/education will have a greater advantage.
Chinese speaking skills are required as you will be mainly dealing with Chinese clients.
