Senior Manager (Telecommunication)
We are seeking for a Telecommunication expert in providing cellular, radio, satellite communication, and sensor products. The Senior Manager (Technology) will lead the company’s technological vision and focus in creating and implementing technology strategies that support the production and delivery of projects and programs.
Responsibilities
The incumbent must provide Technology Strategy and Leadership Development.
The individual must lead the execution of the company’s technological vision and strategy and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in existing.
Provide technical expertise, mentorship, and guidance to the engineering team, encouraging individual growth and professional development.
Good in evaluating and managing relationships with external technology providers and strategic partners to maximize outcomes and minimize risks.
Strong in building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, customers, and industry experts.
Executive Management Team: Serve on the Executive Management Team to align business objectivies.
Requirements
Strong in Communication Networks, Sensor technologies, 5G Technology, and Telecommunications standards.
Technically inclined in Telecommunication, Cellular, Radio and Satellite Communication.
More than 10 years of experience as a Senior Management in the Technology Leadership space.
Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to align technology initiatives with company goals.
Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with a track record of managing and motivating technical teams.
Strong in engaging and managing Stakeholders/ Clients and Business Users at all levels of the organisation.
