The Challenges:
Providing nursing services and care to residents
Updating on resident’s conditions and needs.
Carrying out and supervising assessments of new admissions.
Preparing and administering medications to residents and complying with safe medication administration practices.
Managing any emergency that arises and ensuring prompt actions to mitigate the situation and escalate promptly to supervisor (When necessary).
Working with staff to maintain a safe and clean environment in the nursing home.
Participating in quality assurance activities to monitor and evaluate the quality of nursing care.
Preparing roster and daily staff assignment for the ward/dept.
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Managers
What it Takes:
Registered with SNB
Locally Trained Registered Nurse with Diploma in Nursing.
Experience in ward setting will be an advantage
To work in shifts : 7am-3pm / 2pm-10pm / 9pm-7am. (Rotation basis) (Non-overnight shifts can be discussed)
