Job Description:
My client is a managed service provider servicing clients in their domain such as data and voice networks, security. system servers, SAN, and virtualisation. They are looking for a Senior Network Engineer to join their dynamic and growing organisation.

Responsibilities:
• Technical Lead role for Networking managed service function
• Monitoring of service uptime statuses
• Provide 24/7 technical support services for: Network related issues – covering Incidents Management and Change Requests for customers and Maintenance activities such as patches and upgrades for customers
• Implementation of managed network services to customers
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers Requirements:
• Bachelor degree/ Diploma in Computer Science/Computer Engineering
• CCNA / CCNP is required for this role
• Min. 5 years working experience in LANMAN infrastructure ranging from small to large networks.
• Excellent knowledge of IP fundamentals including IP addressing and VLSM. VLAN, and routing configuration
• Knowledge of network protocols is a must
• Knowledge of QoS configuration and RADIUS setup
• Knowledge of Cisco router and switch configuration is a must
• Knowledge of DNS. Network Load Balancers and DNS is a must
• Familiar with VMware Virtualisation technologies
• Excellent knowledge and troubleshooting ability of TCP/IP, routing (MPLS) VPN/IPSEC technologies • Familiar with VMware Virtualisation technologies
• Experience in implementing high speed network infrastructure pf 40Gbps or 100 Gbps. 11,6, Openflow, SDN and other leading networking technologies
• Knowledge of Cisco Meraki Wreless is preferred
• MCSE. VCR RHCE or any equivalent is an advantage
