Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the administration and coordinate work with internal teams and customers including ensuring completion by deadline, quotations and invoicing
• Tracking and updating of status and schedules and advise internal and external customers accordingly
• Handle any escalation or complaints from customers or vendors
• Prepare reports and statistics for analysis purposes
• Assist to create and update system of a, sales order, or delivery of parts
Job Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/0″ Level, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
