Job Description:
Responsibilities:
• Provide support to end-users’ PC, printers and peripherals
• Troubleshoot Microsoft Windows Operating System
• Mange the daily backup
• Manage and troubleshoot LAN and Lotus Notes databases and email systems together with IT support vendors
• Deployment of security patches
• Creat network and email users accounts
Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree in Computer Studies with relevant experiences
• Certification in Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician; Computing Technology Industry, Association (Comp TIA); Comp TIA A+; Network or Server Certification will be an added advantage
• Experience in PC hardware and software installment and troubleshooting
• Network System Administration
• Lotus Notes System Administration
