Job Description:
An A1 Main Contractor in the construction industry is looking for talent as a Safety Manager.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage site WSHE matters including the Company’s staffs and subcontractors;
To co-ordinate, organize and promote safety activities and campaigns to raise safety awareness on site;
To review OHSMS and provide recommendations for improvement of safety;
Conduct regular inspection and audits on the safety provisions;
Conduct regular inspection of worksite for purpose of identifying unsafe work practices;
To ensure implementation, control and enforcement of safety regulations are abided on site;
To assist in the investigation of all accidents and incidents and record all findings to prevent recurrence;
Ensure that all statutory regulations, company’s safety regulations and codes of practice are implemented and compiled by all staff;
Inspect the construction site to ensure all facilities and equipment relevant to the maintenance of environmental health are in proper working condition and do not pose any environmental health hazard;
Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in HSE
Possess good interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and communication skills
