Job Responsibilities
• Conduct assessment of new patients
• Assess existing patient’s health conditions
• Provide quality nursing care and supports to patients.
• Plan and implement patient care accordingly
• Provide health counseling and education to patients
• Ensure patients’ comfort and safety
• Update patient’s conditions to next of kin

Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Nursing
• Registered nurse with SNB
