Job Description:
1. Front desk duties – attending to email, phone, and walk-in customers’ enquiries
2. Responsible for customers’ appointment schedule, inquiries, and complaints on products servicing
3. Work closely with Technical Service Department to manage products sent in for servicing (compilation of service report, update and maintain service records & status, preparation of service quotations, etc.)
4. Responsible for incoming and outgoing mails & parcels
5. Liaise with external travel agency to manage and support Management’s travel booking
6. Other administrative duties and office support
7. At least 1 year of related working experience in front desk and office administration or customer service
8. Pleasant personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
9. Excellent team player with positive attitude and customer service oriented

Requirement:
Candidate must possess at least a Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, any field.
No work experience required.
Full-Time and Contract position(s) available.
Monday to Friday 8:15am – 5:45pm (1hour lunch break)
