Job Description
Our client, an A1 Main Contractor in the Construction industry is looking for candidates for the Quantity Surveyor position. Projects involved are Civil Infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities:
Taking off quantities
Estimating and Tendering
Project Procurement and Purchasing
Project Progress Claims, Variations and Final Accounts
General contracts administration, including payment, claims and V.O
Skill of negotiation
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or its equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of relevant project experience
Experience in either Pre or Post Contract
