Job Description:
General
To ensure that the security of the dc is tight
To ensure that all dc policies are being followed
To ensure that all done work is properly recorded in the service now
To ensure that the dc inventory is accurate
To ensure that the tape backup information is properly logged
To monitor and make sure that all work done inside dc is according to the dc standards and policies
To manage and monitor dc capacity and report it to our clients in a timely manner
Technical
Perform a visual and hand support.
Perform a hardware installation.
Perform a remote management system configuration.
Perform a technical support.
Perform a network patching.
