Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Assist to conduct hygiene training for the production personnel.
Carry out daily hygiene inspection to ensure stringent reinforcement of food hygiene safety in practice.
Prepare and maintain relevant food safety records.
Perform routine sampling and check quality of incoming raw materials and end products.
Ensure microbiological laboratory carried out are according to company’s and government regulatory standard.
Assist in customer feedback and discuss with the relevant departments on the corrective and preventive actions required.
Assist in internal, external and regulatory audits.
Ensure sanitation practices and pest control system is in place at all times.
Collaborate and work effectively within cross functional teams.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least A level/College, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science/Technology or in any field
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
Good initiative and effective communication skills.
Able to manage multiple tasks and easily adapt to changing situations.
Bilingual in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates, as to easily communicate with Mandarin speaking employees)
