Job Description:
An established 1,INC in the Oil & Gas Industry, is looking for talent as Project Engineer based in Jurong Island.
Responsibilities:
• Facilitate job interfacing with various disciplines: procurement and construction group
• Organize proposal / project task force and staff allocation
• Set project policy for quality. safety, cost and schedule
• Initiate kick-off meeting with clients and internal disciplines
• Prepare overall budget cost plan and analysis
• Monitor and analyze project operation and schedule
• Coordinate cost estimation
• Control project documents and design changes
• Prepare project specifications and systems or processes for the execution of project
• Write technical report and conduct technical discussion with client
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering / Electronic and Communication Engineering
• Knowledge of the fundamentals of project management
