Job Description:
• Provide on time quotation to customers’ enquiries and follow-up to ensure sales conversion
• Order Processing, record keeping and sales support
• Respond to customers’ enquiries and maintain a positive working relationship with them
• Perform all duties and shoulder responsibilities as delegated by team leader
• Liaise with technicians for customers’ technical issue.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a ‘0’ level and above.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Able to handle customers’ enquires.
• Able to work independently and also a good team player.
