Job Description
JOB PURPOSE
The role supports Global-HR Rewards Team Lead in Rewards activities mainly in designing and managing compensation and benefits.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Works with Team Lead in annual rewards activities and processes (e.g., annual benchmarking exercise, salary increase budgeting and annual compensation review).
Provide support to Company’s mid-long term strategic HR rewards plan through global job evaluation/ grading/benchmarking exercise so as to stay competitive in the market.
Developing Global grading and reward practices to attract and retain Company talent globally.
Health and welfare, retirement, benefits plan management, benefits coverage evaluation, benchmarking, and cost analysis of Global-HQ.
Developing work/life policies programs (eg. flexi working, designing and implementing physical, emotional, financial and social wellness programs (eg designing well-being strategy, designing and executing programs) by identifying employees needs and interests
Prepare materials to communicate effectively to Department heads and employees on any new or revised compensation and benefits revision or changes. Policy updates, internal announcements, guidance on benefit programs)
Supports strategic HR Projects related to Company Business Plan
Managing contracts and communication

REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration or post graduate C&B qualifications.
Minimum 6-8 years of C&B relevant working experience. Preferable in a Global or MNC set up environment.
Stays current on knowledge and skills for own and others’ development, remains current on market trends and solicits feedback. Demonstrates a willingness to change ideas or perceptions based on new information or evidence.
Identifies opportunities for improvements, focusing on efficiencies/processes or analysis/decision-making with: team heads, team members and cross-functionally
Strong compensation & benefits know-how with broader HR exposure
Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills
Analytical and numerically inclined, strong conceptualization and communication skills
Decent Excel and PowerPoint Skills (Excel: Pivot Table, VLOOKUP,SUMIF,IFS)
Preferably with HR Information System domain knowledge in SuccessFactors
