Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and launch new food product innovation.
Perform initial trail runs and troubleshoot manufacturing line set-up.
Work closely with sales division to ensure that our product quality meets customer’s requirements/ demands.
Keep up to date with latest market trends.
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders in products specifications, ingredient applications, process development, shelf life review, packaging design and etc.
Liaise with suppliers to source ingredients for use in products
Organize the maintenance, clenliness and servicing of laboratory equipment as recommended by the equipment
manufacturers
Conduct overseas business trips.
Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Degree and above in Food Science/ Food Technology/ related science discipline.
2 years of experience in food industry.
Meticulous, organised, analytical and detail oriented.
Ability to handle confidential information especially for new developing products.
Able to work independently and in a team.
On-The-Job Training will also be provided.
Able and willing to visit customers including overseas business trip after travel measures are lifted.)
