Job Description
Responsibilities:
• As needed and as directed by the HR Department
• Performs administrative duties for the HR department
• Screening calls and emails sent from reception
• Organizing, maintaining, and filing paper and digital files and records
• Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations
• Assists with other overflow work as directed by the HR Department
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the manager

Requirements:
• Min A Lvls or Diploma from a recognised tertiary institution
• Processes good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Able to work independently and in team
• Meticulous, good organisation and multitasking skills
• No experience needed, full training provided
