Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute yield improvement activities
• Generate risk assessment, protocol and report, initiate change control request
• Perform IQ/ OQ/ PQ on new equipment/ process
• Support in New Product or Process Development and qualification
• Troubleshoot daily production issues (Conduct root cause analysis, implement immediate correction, propose corrective and preventive action)
• Analyze data using appropriate statistical tool (EXCEL/ Minitab)
• Conduct equipment testing, keep records and documentation
• Lead improvement project from initial phase to closure
Requirement:
• Possess Degree in Mechanical/ Chemical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year relevant working experience (Manufacturing Environment/ Industry)
• Good writing skill to write protocol and report
• Good planning skill in project execution
