Responsibilities
• Handle customer enquiries, requests, compliants and feedback
• Manage team resources as required to support customer demands
• Provide product/process and systems training to peers
• Maintain the highest standards of professionalism
• Provide customers’ feedback to respective business partners in order to improve customer experience.
• Introduce and educate customers on the self-service/automated banking channels.
• Any other tasks and company initiatives assigned from time to time.

• Reliable and conscientious with a good eye for detail.
• Strong client service mentality.

• Good facilitation and communication skills.
