Job Description:
– Provide first level technical/customer service experience in troubleshooting/repairing/diagnosis of products
– Provide customers with support by understanding products from customers’ perspective, gaining feedback to deliver continual improvements
– Continually identify opportunities to improve quality of the customer experience
– Provide real time feedback to Customer Care Manager on issues to assist team on improving customer experience
Job Requirements
– Atleast 1 year of experience as a Service Technician/Engineer related
– Customer service orientated individual with a desire to help or serve others
– Technical & product training will be provided
