Job Description:
Job scope:
– Manage public enquiries and provide backroom administrative services in support of the implementation of NS policies.
– Provide Customer Services at frontline counter as a service ambassador
– Process customers’ requests and enquifies received through various touch points i.e. at counters, telephone or emails.
– Provide backroom administrative support services.
Requirements:
– Preference for candidate with good writing skills and GCE O level
– Knowledge in Microsoft Office and Excel applications software is preferred.
– Comfortable with half day Sat once or twice a month
