Job Description:
Responsibilities:
• To provide pre-sales support for AV system, VC system and control system to the sales team.
• To provide AV solution and system design to customer.
• To provide system schematic drawing for proposed AV system/solution.
• To liaise with contractors and clients for project implementation.
• To perform Testing and commissioning and handing over of system to customer.
• To prepare system document /user guide and conduct user training.
• To provide system troubleshooting and servicing for after sales support.
Requirements:
• Minimum ITE/Diploma with at least 1 years exp in Audio Video industry.
• Customer oriented
• Able to communicate with all levels
