Job Description:
Responsibilities:
• To provide full secretarial support to senior managerial positions
• Manage heavy meeting schedules and appointments
• Making travel arrangements. processing of travel visas and hotel arrangements
• Managing emails and correspondences. drafting letters
• Preparing reports. briefing papers. presentations and other confidential documents
• Co-ordinating and processing of overall department cost requests and claims
• Handling and screening of phone calls and enquiries. and attending to visitors
• Organizing meetings and assisting in meeting preparations
• Ad hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
• Relevant secretarial certifications or related field.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experiences as Personal Assistant/ Executive Assistant/ Secretary to C-level executives.
• Proficient in using MS Power Point.
• Able to start on short notice preferred.
