Job Scopes:
Maintain schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, travel and reporting deadlines
Record meetings discussion, minutes, formalize the information and follow up action
Prepare reports by collecting and analysing information
Manage guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, and answering or directing inquiries
Represent Management by attending meetings in the absence and for the speaking, as and when required
Translation of materials when necessary (English to Simplified Chinese)
Job Requirements:

Diploma or degree qualification
3-5 years of related experience
Microsoft Office
Excellent organization skills
Meticulous and responsible
