Information:
Duration: 12 months
Working Location: Pioneer (Shuttle bus available from MRT)
Working hours: 8.30am to 5.45pm (Mon – Thurs), 8.30am to 5.15pm (Fri)
Job Duties:
Process requests in relation to creation/maintenance details of each master data type with accuracy
Assist in clean-up of master data
Timely response to queries and request received from internal and external customers.
Ability to perform 1st level response to query/investigation raise by internal and external customers.
Ensure the governance and accuracy in data setup.
Support and assist in any internal and external audit work.
Requirements:
Diploma in Accountancy
1-2 years’ experience in handling business partner database or handling wise scope of master database related work in SAP system
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications such as Excel (Vlookup & Pivot table)
Knowledge of SAP Financial System
