Job Description:
• 3PL / West
• 5.5 days work week + good Benefits
• Basic up to SS2.5k + 1 aws

Our Client, a leading 3PL, has an opportunity for a dynamic individual to join the team as an Customer Service Officer.

Responsibilities:
• Liaison person between the customer a. our operation team.
• Liaise with customer to understand their job order and requirement.
• Coordinate with the operations team and work towards meeting customers requirement.
• Process customers order
• Perform and ensure accurate billing

Requirements:
• Min ITE in any discipline
• Candidate with experience in customer service will be advantageous.
• Good communication and writing skill
• Able to multitask

Other Information:
• Working Location: West
• Good progression and bonus.
• 5.5 days workweek
• Basic up to SS2.5K (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications).
