Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential customers with high growth potential in key industry
Assisting clients in turning their requirements into architected solutions through the development of Blockchain-powered applications
Forging and maintaining strong relationship with clients across all sectors and industries
Lead the team to formulate and evaluate the business proposal and risks, propose sound technology solutions
Design and implement Solutions for Blockchain Framework, Cryptocurrency, NFT Marketplace, and Messaging Systems
Leading and contributing to the Company’s development of key technological innovations
Mentoring and supervision of the Blockchain team
Able to provide meaningful analysis and make appropriate recommendations
Assess and recommend changes to meet business needs
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in developing blockchain
Minimum 6 years of experience in web application & software development
Experience working with large codebases
Experience working with open-source projects
Proficiency in one of the following languages: C++, Java, JavaScript -Strong knowledge of common algorithms and data structures
Familiarity with cryptography & P2P networks would be a plus point
Strong knowledge of bitcoin-like blockchains
Strong knowledge of concurrency and writing efficient and safe multi-threaded code
