Job Description:
Responsibilities:
– To provide level 1 support for the IT System via helpline or remote access
– To ensure incident tickets are tracked properly and closed in timely manner
– To work with vendor on the deployment of application releases
– Daily monitoring of system and server health
– To assist in activities associated with the deployment of the system to client site
– Perform UAT
– Help in documentation
Requirements:
– Good communication and troubleshooting skill
– IT knowledge on EUC (computer, printer, tablet)
– Ability to prioritise task and track issue
– Able to work independently
