Job Description:
• Review of monthly consolidation done by China team
• Review of fund level investment holding companies done by bookkeeping team
• Responsible for proper conversion from local GAAPs to IFRS GAAP of China entities
• Ensure optimal cash management by the fund and liaise with treasury on cashflow matters (loan drawdown, interest repayments); ensure adherence A loan covenants
• Provide analysis of fund performance against plan, last year actual etc
• Prepare reports to investors on quarterly, half yearly investment committee’s meeting
• Perform forecast and budget for the fund including presentation slides for approval on annual basis
• Liaising with auditors on accounting issues/treatment and drafting of financial statements

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
• At least 3 year(s), working experience in the related .Id and previous working experience in Big 4 audit firm is preferred
• SAP accounting knowledge is a plus
