Job Description:
You will be responsible for the solutioning, enhancement and maintenance of CRM, Billing and Marketing systems implemented on Salesforce Sales. Service and Marketing Clouds.

Requirements:
Soft skills:
• A strong business analyst with good understanding of CRM practices
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Gone through at least one full cycle of Salesforce project implementation as team lead
Technical skills:
• Salesforce certified administrator and developer, with a least 3-5 years of experience working on Salesforce platform, in particular Service cloud.
• Knowledgeable about the Salesforce services, governance limits, interactions and dependencies between various services and interfaces
• Knowledgeable in the configuration, customization and deployment of Salesforce Sales and Service clouds
• Experienced in Visualforce pages development, Apex coding, Salesforce APIs and SQL programming
• Strong trouble shooting skills to identify, diagnose, and resolve technical problems
• Keen interests and understanding of new features in Salesforce
• Understanding of Oracle, relational databases and data integration tools
• Java skills will be an advantage
