Job Description:
Our client is an established local bank in the global industry. We are looking for suitable candidates to join them as an Operations Analyst.
Responsibilities:
Performs customer claim service request relating to Self-Service Banking (SSB) machines
Retrieve and verify document details
Manage and escalate any exception, problem, error and abnormal transactions identified during the investigation process
Participate in relevant Process Improvement/ New Business initiatives
Assist in projects to improve work processes and suggest improvement opportunity to supervisor when applicable
Other ad-hoc administrative duties
Requirements:
Meticulous and detail-oriented
Proficient in Microsoft Office skills
Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
