Job Description:
Responsibilities:
• Execution of order management
• Ensure that the purchase orders are processed
• Verification of shipping documents
• Monitor the status of orders and follow up accordingly
• Liaising with customers to respond to any inquiries
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain or relevant field
• At least 3 years of experience in a Logistics/Supply Chain role
• Experience working in a 3PL is advantageous
• Strong communication skills
