Job Description:
Shipment handling, booking, documentation and data entry.
Handling of shipping instructions with overseas agents, warehouse & contractors.
Liaise with Shipping Carriers/freight forwarders on import shipments.
Coordinate with customers regarding shipments.
Provide customer service and invoicing to customers.
Responsible for invoicing and COD payment collection.
Handle any other ad-hoc / administrative duties.
Requirements:
At least Secondary “O” level , NITEC education level.
At least 3 years working experience in the related field.
Good working attitude & willing to learn.
Able to commit OT as and when required.
