Job Description
JOB PURPOSE
This position is highly cross-functional – working closely with global team’s key stakeholders, business partners and the senior management team.
To be part of eCommerce team from GHQ to drive idea to release of the system/process solution to customers.
As part of direct customer-facing application team, the person is responsible to ensure to deliver a value-based system that precisely meets Customer requirements and also improves efficiency matric within Company
Maintain and prioritize product backlog and together with on- and offshore deliver new functionality and fixes with Agile way of working.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Liaise with regional stakeholders of eCommerce team, IT development team and to contribute to Project design, Development, Implementation, and communication at appropriate touchpoints throughout the life cycle;
Aligned in eCommerce strategy – To ensure global, regional, and local project initiatives are aligned with Company eCommerce strategy that is primarily focused on providing an End-to-End customer solution for the touchpoints with Company as their shipping company partner from a single global solution.
Training & Knowledge sharing – To impart necessary training to juniors/newcomers related to the relevant application areas. This also involves knowledge sharing within the team members to make them understand the work/project they are involved in.
Promote product integration – To continually innovate new ideas and solutions to promote o enrich customer service and other applications capabilities & explore integration opportunities within Company solution aimed to enhanced Employee experience flow.
Partner (Vendor) Management and coordination – To ensure the Company organization’s expectations on eCommerce tools are translated as KPIs. KPIs for the Vendor team should reflect the timeliness, quality, and their ability to respond to complete solutions for the business scenario.
Internal Audit and compliance reports – To assist HO Internal Audit Office in drawing up and maintaining workflow diagrams and business process requirements for any compliance and other regulatory projects.
REQUIREMENT
Specializes in ecommerce strategy and solution architecture design
At least 3 years of relevant eCommerce and/or online Service experience, both strategic and hands-on
At least 1 year experience with Agile Way of Working, preferably certified Product Owner
Proficient in English writing and speaking for presentation purpose.
