Job Description:
Responsibilities:
• Ensure all orders are managed and have b.n entered correctly to ensure correct product specification, agreed delivery, certification, and documentation requirements.
• Follow up on commitments and delivery milestones
• Communication of shipping and resolve invoicing issues
• Coordinate in shipment forecasting
• Coordinate inspection when necessary
• Provide reporting on order status
• Provide application support for customer inquiries.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
