Job Description
Working from office, call centre environment
Outbound calls to conduct and complete survey with respondents
Schedule interview appointments with respondents
Data entry for completed surveys
Status update report to supervisor
Conduct data verification of completed survey cases to ensure accuracy and reliability of data
Any other ad-hoc duties
Job Requirements:
3 months contract (Must be able to start in Late March or Early April)
5 days’ work week, including weekends (based on roster) – Max 44 hours
Mainly weekdays but occasional weekend might be required
Weekdays shifts: Mostly office hours but might not be 9-6 / Might be other hours like 10-8pm *Depending on rostering
Weekends may need or require but tentatively weekdays since weekend office are closed except some.
