Job Description

Responsibilities:
– Provide professional and excellent service when conducting surveys.
– Drive “One Call Closure” to yield high respondents’ experience.
– Record relevant and accurate notes in the relevant system.
– Accept responsibility for individual and team’s results.
– Foster a positive work environment through teamwork.
– Able to perform shift work duties including weekends and field work whenever necessary.
– Handle confidential information with discretion.

Requirements:
– Working hours: Up to 44 hours per week (Any 5 days work week, Monday-Sunday)
– Renewable Contract
– Expansion of team
