Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Conducting client meetings with government sectors/organizations to understand their business requirements and current software systems.
Developing software solutions with government sectors/organizations based on their needs, including conducting feasibility studies, and recommending the best software tools for their business.
Providing software support to ensure effective use of the software.
Writing technical reports, user manuals, and other documentation related to software implementation and use in the main domain.
Testing software systems to ensure they meet client needs and are functioning properly.
Collaborating with software development teams to ensure that client requirements are integrated into software development projects.
Providing ongoing support to the clients, including troubleshooting and problem-solving.
Keeping up to date with the latest software and security access trends to ensure that clients have access to the most effective software solutions.
Requirements:
Min Degree in IT/Computer
Minimum of 5 years related experience.
Experience in Government sector client/project is a plus.
Able to work in a team.
