Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the full spectrum of operations of an outlet
• Achieve monthly sales targets of the outlet
• Ensuring smooth implementation of new products
• Implement and execute any improvement actions plans
• Preparation of working schedules for staff
• Ensuring that all guidelines and systems are adhered to
• Provision of training for all staff as and when required
Job Requirements:
• Candidates should preferably possess a GCE N’PO’ Levels or equivalent
• Brings along at least 3 years of experience in the F&B operations
• Supervisory experience is an advantage
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
• A team player with good leadership skills
