Job Description:
Responsibilities:
• Develop, test and document designs for transport mechanisms, vacuum systems, and various process stations, including deposition chambers, substrate heating, cooling, cleaning, etc.
• Assume responsibility for technical assignments involving basic or applied research or the design and development of hardware products including the design, fabrication, modification, and evaluation of mechanical and/ or electro-mechanical devices, components or systems.
• Devise the initial concept of the assigned device, component or system and participate in the overall detailed product design.
• Participate in design review by providing mechanical design inputs relating to DFM and DFA, etc. • Prepare and release 3D solid Models and Engineering drawing while communicating to local vendors to expedite delivery of design parts and assemblies
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree plus 3 — 5 years’ experience in Mechanical Engineering.
• Proficient user of Solidworks or similar 3D CAD software.
• Experience in Semiconductor or Solar Equipment Design.
• Familiarity in Design Process (Feasibility Study, Conceptual Design, Design Review, Verification, Validation etc) up to Production realization.
• Good command of verbal and written English
