Job Description:
• Meet the team’s KPI pertaining to PO Operations activities.
• Understand the customers’ requirements and priorities and manage the day to day operation of PO to meet customers’ expectation.
• Meet carrier allocations assigned.
• Ensure timely execution of order management and verification of shipping documents.
• Monitor and compile order management related data for the purpose to support the process of exception handling.
• Monitor and capture order deviations.
• Organize and ensure timely filing of documentation in accordance to audit requirement.
• Communicate politely with customers.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of correspondences or discussions with customers.
• Liaise and coordinate with internal resources.
• Communicate closely with Account Managers and other key stakeholders, including managing customer’ expectations. • Provide feedback on internal improvements.
Job Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma. Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma. any field.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
