Our client. a well-known Japanese company is looking for candidates for the position of HR cum Administration (Japanese speaking) Position

Responsibilities:
• Administrator of Company HR Database System
• Quarterly head count survey and submit the regional employee head count report to HQ
• Coordinate between HQ & other offices — submission of internal publicity article
• Expatriate Management
• Support of housing matters, monthly rental charges and office rental charges
• Company car lease contract renewal
• Annual corporate hotel rate negotiation
• Other ad hoc administrative duties

Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma in Business Admin or its equivalent
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience
• Required to have at least JLPT 2 as the role required to communicate with Japan HQ and Japanese speaking counter parts
