The successful candidate is responsible for providing administrative & management support function in terms of managing, attending, processing, documentation and customer servicing.
Job Responsibilities:
• Handling phone calls and enquiries
• Attending to walk-in visitors and students
• General administrative duties which includes (Data Entry, replying email, Collection of payments, Issuing receipts, Roster planning, handling parcels / mails etc.)
• Other Ad Hoc Duties as directed by superior

Job Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business admin or relevant field.
• At least 1 years of relevant experience in customer service support
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words / Excel / PowerPoint)
• Bilingual in Mandarin a. English (Need to liaise with Mandarin speaking colleagues)

Other information:
• Mon — Fri: 10.30am to 7.30pm/1.30pm to 8.30pm
• Central location, 5-8 mins walking distance from MRT Station
