Roles & Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of HR management within the organization.
Ensure effective performance management, implement compensation and benefits programs, provide HR reporting and analysis, manage projects, and promote a positive and safe work environment.
Create and implement performance appraisal processes and succession planning strategies.
Keep abreast on market and industry benchmarks to ensure competitive compensation and benefits offerings.
Improve company brand image and awareness through effective HR practices.

Requirements:
Degree in Human Resource or equivalent
At least 4 years of HR management with a strong focus on performance management, compensation and benefits, and HR reporting in a Beauty/Wellness industry.
Proficient with Singapore HR policies, employment laws, and regulations.
