Job Description:

Responsibilities:
– Handle Accounts Payable, General Ledger
– Prepare Bank Reconciliation, Monitor reconciling items
– Ensure all expenses are entered in accounting system on a timely basis
– Assist in Monthly Financial Closing
– Prepare Expense Schedules
– Compute Travel Expenses
– Provide accurate timely reports on a regular basis

Requirements:
– Diploma/Degree in Accounting
– Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel
– Pleasant Personality with good interpersonal communication and co-ordination skills
– Pro-active self motivated individual who works well with the team
– Organized and able to prioritize tasks
– Meticulous with high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
– Ability to manage multiple tasks successfully and under pressure
– Innovative and able to adapt to industry changes
– Knowledge of SAP R3 will be an added advantages
