Job Description
Our client, an established Contractor is looking for candidates for the positions of M&E Tender Manager.
Responsibilities:
– To lead and manage a team of M&E tender quantity surveyors.
– To source for quaotations, price comparison and costing summary.
– To prepare project costing.
– To prepare documents for tender and contracts.
Requirements:
– Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying / Electrical / Mechanical or its equivalent.
– Minimum 5 years of relevant Commercial, Building, Civil project exposure.
– Experienced in both Pre and Post Contracts
