The Role:
Reporting to your hiring Manager (Unit Head), you will be handling 365°of recruitment activities. Roles includes but not limited to Business Development., marketing, branding awareness, B2B relationship building, sourcing & talent acquisition of candidates thru job portals, social media and referrals. You will also be required to create/update contractors’ and clients’ data for onboard/offboarding as well as assisting in processing of payroll. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
– With a minimum qualifications of Degree/ Diploma education in any discipline
– Passionate in recruitment, relationship building and meeting different people from all walks of life.
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
– Able to multi-task and is an excellent team player
